Every fresh browser gets its own Device ID. After valid user credentials are entered, the browser is immediately written to Cloud Database → Device Approval as Pending. Admin must approve that Device ID before MIS access. Approved browsers may remember the user; the raw password is never stored.

Bulk Booking Excel

Every stored booking-data column is available (including Serial, dates, billing, client, sample, report, manager, amounts, payment and Drive-link fields). Action is not a data column. Values can be selected from suggestions or typed exactly. Repeat the same column to choose multiple customers/dates/statuses (Customer A OR Customer B). In a normal column filter, separate alternatives with ;. Date filters also accept a range such as 01-08-2026..31-08-2026. Use (Blank) for empty cells. Cloudflare Live Database + Google Backup
Cloudflare D1 is the live shared database. The complete HTML baseline is copied once, then every changed/new/deleted booking syncs as a delta. A separate Google Sheet keeps the same four booking tabs as a readable backup, while booking attachments stay in Google Drive. The Google backup Sheet is reference-only; edit bookings in this app, not in the backup Sheet.

Google Sheets receives the same four operational tabs only as a readable backup/reference copy. Google Drive stores the serial-wise booking attachments privately; staff use the in-app Attachments portal to list/upload files without Drive permission. Internal restore snapshots remain separate from the readable Google backup.
